BANCO Motorsports shows some muscle at Vegas!

Las Vegas- No one expected what they saw at Las Vegas Motor Speedway Sunday afternoon, no one except BANCO Motorsports. The #15 of Robby Bannister and the #36 of Alan Coleman were fast in practice and backed that up by putting the BANCO Fords in the third and fourth spots for the race. It would not take Alan Coleman long before he was leading and Robby Bannister following in second. Alan Coleman would lead the first 37 laps before surrendering the lead to Bannister. Bannister would go on to lead 49 laps and take the win in the #15 Monster Jam Ford. It would not be easy however, as Coleman would have the fresher tires on the final caution and would pester Bannister all the way until the end. BANCO Motorsports would lead 86 of the 100 laps in dominating fashion. "We knew this merger would pay off eventually and we showed it pretty quick. We are confident we can back this up with a solid effort every week from both teams, said Bannister". BANCO Motorsports merged before the Daytona race and was very strong there, having two incidents side line the Fords in the race. Bannister and Coleman ran in the top 3 most of the night at Daytona with Bannister leading the most laps of anyone. "I think Vegas is a preview of things to come from both of us and hopefully we can put put alot of wins together this year, stated Coleman".
BANCO Motorsports will be running a limited schedule in the DYNO COT and Truck series. BANCO plans on running at least 20- 25 DYNO COT races and 12 Truck races this year.

This is going to be alot of fun running these monster truck paintschemes! " said Bannister. Bannister's Ford's will be adourned in some of the famous paintschemes in the MonsterJam series. #15 Race for the Cure F-150 driven by Robby Bannister

Hard luck for Bannister in PASS Outlaws.

Bannister has done everything you can do in the Pass series except win. Having taken a 3 month hiatus from racing, Bannister came back to the DYNO racing league to race in the PASS outlaws three weeks ago. In a tight field Bannister took the pole and was leading under caution with 5 laps to go when mechanical issues sidelined the #15 Coast Guard Ford Fusion. The following week Bannister started second and was leading with less than 10 laps to go when he was spun out, costing him an apparent win. Last night Bannister started on the pole at Waterford Speedbowl, his second in three starts. After leading the first 24 laps, Bannister pitted and relinquised the lead to eventual race winner Shayne Carr. Later in the Race, Bannister retook the lead and was leading with less than 20 to go when he was spun costing him another potential win. "We have been really close to winning one of these races. It is frustrating to be so close only to have something totally out of my control costing me three possible wins." Bannister stated. Looking on the bright side, the #15 has been very fast having three front row starting spots in three races and leading a total of 102 laps. There will be two more chances for Bannister to get that elusive first win in the PASS series. Next week the DYNO PASS Outlaws will be at the Citrus County Speedway. "We are very close to winning one of these races. The good part, I guess would be that we have led a lot of laps and have been in contention in every race. I think by at least putting ourselves in a spot to win, that it will eventually happen"said Bannister.
